Black And Gold Princess

Okay, I've done this quote about 50 bajillion times!  It's always in a combination of pastels.  This is the first time I've been asked to do it in black and gold.  I was a little unsure about the gold, but I tested several metallic gold paints and found one I liked.

 

The crown is in the same gold paint just with a little white mixed in.  I just think it turned out so pretty!  We're big Vanderbilt fans, so it makes me think of that!  I would love to see the room or nursery that this piece was designed to match!
