Family Tree

I painted this very sweet and simple family tree for one of my Nashville customers.  She requested this design, colors, and wording for her canvas.  I put it all together on this 16x20.  I just love it!  There's lots of colors mixed into that brown and those greens.  The highlighting always adds a little something extra!

 

Speaking of families, my husband and I recently celebrated 18 years of marriage.  I usually post about our anniversary trip.  We're so busy right now with the kids and work that we couldn't get away for a whole weekend.  The did go on a special date night to one of our favorite local restaurants, Maurizio's.  My parents kept the kids overnight, too!
