Okay...so how cute is this for a yoga room?

My friend, Tabetha Sullens, ordered this to match a pretty blue and aqua fabric.  I chose to do the blue background, aqua dots, and then the word over the top in a pretty cream.  It's been pretty heavily distressed - which I love!

I'm so glad the yoga is more mainstream now.  I've been doing it for a while and feel the benefits everyday.  The stretching has helped my joints and flexibility.  I recommend "Yoga for Beginners and Beyond".  It's a great DVD with lots of ability levels available at Amazon.
