Ringing in the New Year Right - Giveaway #11

Surprise...again! I know you all are probably expecting this thing to go on and on, but this really is the last thing I have up my sleeve. Tomorrow is my give away (yippee!) and then it will be back to regular ol’ blogging! I am so excited to be able to add one more featured blogger today, Kathy Brewer at Kathy’s Bridal. Kathy’s is practically a McMinnville landmark. I had no idea that this is her twentieth year in business. Twenty years! . Besides being a successful business woman, Kathy is also a fantastic mom to two little boys (ages 11 & 13), and she so sweetly says that they bless her life with never ending joy and brotherly spats.

Kathy started her own business right out of college after earning a degree in marketing and a minor in business. She says that her favorite part about being a small business owner is enjoying all the people she has met over the years. Kathy adds that many "prom girls" will end up returning to her to buy their bridal gown when the time comes. Kathy is doing so much more than selling dresses!

As many of you locals know, Kathy has added many new things to her store. I love going in there for a quick gift. I always find something special! Kathy says that the coming year will bring lots of new monogrammable things, “green” items, market totes, some recession busting jewelry, and for prom, short and sassy dresses. Kathy also says there will be lots of baby doll gowns, cute handbags for warmer weather, spa wraps, and laundry totes for graduation. Wow! I am especially looking forward to those new purses!

Kathy’s shop is also going to have a makeover and get spruced up with a coat of fresh paint for spring. She says that there will be plenty of new jewelry in for Valentine’s Day so be sure to stop in and check the blog for updates.

Kathy is so generously giving away a market tote with monogramming today. Oh, I love monogramming! Be sure to leave a nice comment to be entered. I have to say that I have one of these things and use it all the time. They are so convenient for cleaning out the van, taking a load of stuff to school, and carrying food to get-togethers. Good luck!
